New Moon
It's the 16th of March so while self isolating( with my two girls)I am catching up on some swims I have not posted. I have not been swimming as much due to tearing my cartilage in my knee. It took a few months to recover and I was nervous to go on too long swims and make it worse. Also my camera has been playing up so even when I have been swimming it did not always work.
Looking back on past swims always makes me smile, it is the reason for doing this blog. I have something to look back on especially when I can't go in. I missed it so much so at least with the Coronavirus I can still go swimming, practice yoga, walk my dogs and be creative.
This was a wild, cold and grey day I was not feeling the urge to get in but the gang were all in great form and we had such a great laugh especially adventuring into the cave.
For some reason photo won't turn the right way.
This is Jo in the cave and for some reason photo sideways!!!
To top it all off it was Declan's Birthday and there was cake.
Turning the Plastic Tide Tips
I took this before the Coronavirus so I do advise to put your loose veg into bags not into the trolley. An Italian Lapper gave us advise from her sister, (they are a couple of weeks ahead of us) to leave your shopping bag for 45 minutes in one place and then clean the area and the bag, as the virus can stay alive on surfaces for 45 mins to an hour on surfaces. I am washing my net bags and washing the veg. Stay safe and plastic free.
